SMOKY EYES PENCIL BY BOURJOIS

With the new eyeliner pencil by Bourjois you can now create a striking smoky look in just 2 quick and easy steps. First you line your eyes along the lash line, you turn the pencil around and use the handy brush at the opposite end and gently blend the colour out to a smoky finish. The creamy consistency glides on smoothly and lasts perfectly, whether you leave the line unblended for a clean line or blend it out for a darker smoky look.
